在伊朗袭击科威特和巴林、美国与伊朗之间持续两个月的停火面临最大危机之际，据悉，美国总统唐纳德·特朗普3日（当地时间）表示，只要没有美军人员死亡，就不会重启与伊朗的全面战争。他还称，“谈判进展非常顺利”，最快本周末就可能就以结束战争为目标的谅解备忘录（MOU）达成协议。

特朗普当天在白宫签署行政令后接受记者采访。谈及伊朗袭击科威特一事，他说，“凡事都有原因”，并表示美国近期对伊朗采取了强有力的军事行动，伊朗则是“作出了回应”。他还说，“该地区的停火不同于世界其他地区的停火”，大意是，在中东地区，即便出现“以更有限方式互相开火”的情况，也可能仍被纳入停火范畴。美国《华尔街日报》也援引美国官员的话报道称，特朗普最近曾私下告诉幕僚，如果伊朗的袭击导致美军死亡，他将考虑结束停火。该媒体分析称，“特朗普对重启战争态度消极，表明他为了避免中东爆发更大规模冲突，愿意承受数周甚至数月的小规模冲突”。

江南苏州，太湖之滨，千年古城的氤氲红色根脉里，跃动着一抹鲜亮的“孔雀蓝宣讲团”。这是一支由15名文职人员组成的青春方阵，常年穿梭于干休所的深巷里弄、校园的琅琅书声、民兵训练基地的迷彩方阵之间。他们是红色宝藏的“挖宝人”，是英雄故事的“传声者”，亦是国防火种的“播撒者”，以青春底色架起历史与未来的精神桥梁，让红色记忆在姑苏大地焕发新生。

自2023年8月组建以来，江苏省苏州军分区“孔雀蓝宣讲团”足迹遍及机关、军营、学校、企业、社区、乡村，累计开展宣讲68多场，组织国防教育活动12场次，线上线下覆盖数百万人次。一身孔雀蓝，满腔赤子心，他们把沉睡的红色故事唤醒，让国防的种子在姑苏城乡生根发芽。

“孔雀蓝宣讲团”的组建，源于一次深刻的遗憾与反思。2023年7月，苏州军分区领导到一个干休所调研时，在一处展览室中，一双破旧斑驳的草鞋引发关注。展牌仅有“战争年代遗留的草鞋”简单标注，却无具体年代、战斗经历、人物故事等详细信息。由于捐赠草鞋的老干部已然离世，在场工作人员无人知晓这件文物背后的烽火往事，一段珍贵的红色记忆将随时光彻底尘封。这份遗憾，敲醒了所有人。苏州军分区所属的5个离职干部休养所里有一大批老干部，他们是革命的亲历者、见证者，本身就是革命英雄和模范人物。而令人担忧的是，这些老干部已经进入耄耋之年，进入三失（失能、失语、失忆）状态。

“挖掘、保护老干部的红色资源义不容辞、刻不容缓。”苏州军分区领导经过一番深思熟虑后，决定于2023年8月1日，从全区文职人员队伍中遴选15名优秀人员组建“孔雀蓝宣讲团”。黄华石、李星智等15名文职人员经层层遴选、试讲考核，成为首批“孔雀蓝宣讲团”成员。他们像考古学家一般，一头扎进干休所的档案室，敲开一户户老干部的家门，翻遍泛黄的日记、模糊的合影、锈迹斑斑的勋章，一点点拂去历史的尘埃。

截至目前，他们已抢救性梳理完成80余名老干部的完整文字与影像资料。那些藏在深深皱纹里、斑白鬓发间的峥嵘岁月，那些老兵们珍之重之、却从未轻易言说的苦战与辉煌，终于从沉默中走了出来，成了开展爱国主义教育最鲜活的教材，也为革命前辈留下了永不褪色的影像志。

“冰雕连的故事大家都听过，怎么讲才能不重复、才能真正打动人？”首次试讲时领导抛出的问题，让第三离职干部休养所的潘梦宇记了很久。从一开始站上讲台腿打哆嗦，到如今从容自若、声入人心，她的成长，藏在一遍又一遍推翻重写的讲稿里。

“英雄不是高高在上的符号，他们也是有血有肉的普通人。” 宣讲团的备课室里，这样的讨论常常持续到深夜。大家一致认定，宣讲绝不能是枯燥的理论灌输，更不能盲目拔高事迹，只有实事求是、带着真情去讲，才能真正走进人心。

第四离职干部休养所的樊震超，在采访革命前辈崔健时找到了答案。年近百岁的老人，轻描淡写地说起自己扛着25公斤的炸药包穿越封锁线、爆炸前几秒才撤离的经历，却在聊起牺牲的战友时几度哽咽：“派出去的爆破员一个接一个倒下，我们通信班班长，平时待我像亲弟弟一样，也没回来。这场仗如果我们不打，就是要我们的下一代打。”

“有人永远留在了那个寒冬，是为了让更多人能够迎接春天。” 樊震超把这句话写进了讲稿。当崔老看到这份宣讲稿时，眼眶红了，嘴角却带着欣慰的笑容。那一刻樊震超明白，好的宣讲从来不是复述历史，而是隔着时光，与英雄完成一场精神的对话。

潘梦宇也重新打磨了冰雕连的宣讲稿。她不再从宏大的战役讲起，而是从一封志愿军战士的绝笔信切入：“冰雪啊，我绝不屈服于你，哪怕是冻死，我也要高傲地耸立在我的阵地上。”当她带着哽咽念出这句话，台下的民兵们屏息凝神，不少人红了眼眶。

为了一分钟的动容，他们愿意付出百倍的功夫。讲稿推翻重写八九遍是常态，为了核实一个战斗经历的细节，他们翻遍十几份资料；为了让视频更有冲击力，他们自学剪辑逐帧调整。这份“较真”的打磨，源于对英雄的尊崇，更源于对历史的敬畏——他们要让遥远的战火不再抽象，让英雄的模样可感可触，让红色故事真正有穿透人心的力量。

苏州市彩香小学的走廊里，曾发生过这样动人的一幕：几名原本玩闹的小学生，看到宣讲团成员搀扶着98岁的抗日老兵陈和飏走过，突然齐刷刷停下脚步，立正敬了标准的少先队队礼。陈老努力挺直佝偻的腰板，郑重地回了一个军礼。

一老一少，一个军礼一个队礼，隔着近一个世纪的时光，完成了一场精神的接力。这一幕，让在场的文职人员吴星湿了眼眶，也让她读懂了宣讲的全部意义。

吴星曾带着虎丘实验小学的孩子们，去祭扫抗美援朝空军战斗英雄施光礼的墓。回家后，4岁的儿子问她为什么双休日还要上班，当她说出施光礼的名字，孩子突然接话：“就是那个打下美军4 架敌机的英雄吗？” 原来，她在家备课念叨的内容，孩子早已悄悄记在了心里。那天晚上，吴星给儿子完整讲完了英雄的故事，低头时，看见孩子的脸上挂着两行泪痕。

“这是我对年龄最小的听众——儿子，一次零距离的宣讲，也是最有成就感的一次。”吴星说，“我们这一代没有忘记英雄，我们的下一代也不会忘记。”

滴水穿石的力量，正在慢慢显现。在沙家浜国防教育基地的红色研学活动里，中小学生们拿着手绘地图，在打卡点争先恐后地抢答国防知识；在工业园区企业的车间里，宣讲员黄华石讲完老干部钱巨胜在太行山同日寇的肉搏战，不少员工红了眼，他们说：“只要有钢铁般的意志，就没有跨不过的坎”，多家企业主动递交申请，要求建立民兵组织、履行国防义务。

“国防知识E起学”、网上答题竞赛、“国防大讲堂”、军事科普活动、“铭记光辉历史”社会实践……线上线下同频共振，校园军营社区全域覆盖，这支“孔雀蓝”队伍，把国防教育的课堂搬到了姑苏的每一个角落。

“或许一个‘我’的力量很小，但千千万万个‘我们’力量很大。”苏州军分区的领导由衷地说。江南的风里，正飘着越来越多的红色回响。这支身着“孔雀蓝”的青春队伍，将会继续带着红色记忆，一路走、一路讲，让国防的火种，在更多人心里点燃，渐成燎原之势。（方芳 朱熙君）
